The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CFO & the COO, include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
•Provides assistance to the CFO or the COO, and other officers as necessary, in special assigned projects.
•Act as directed by the CFO or the COO in providing support and communication between the CFO’s and COO’s office and other departments within the facility.
•Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required or directed by the CFO or COO in support of the administrative functions of the office of the CFO and COO.
•Accept and perform temporary or long-term assignments to various departments within the facility as required by the CFO or COO.
•Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow the facility’s established policies and procedures.
•Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents and staff reflective of the officers.
•Maintain daily calendar of CFO and COO.
•Process and deliver mail to/for the CFO and COO as necessary.
•Prepare and process correspondence for the CFO and COO, and other officers as necessary.
•Maintain files for the CFO and COO, and other officers as necessary.
•Plan and handle correspondence as requested and directed.
Experience and Skills:
•Bachelor Degree preferred.
•Must have, as a minimum, five (5) years of clerical/secretarial experience. Ability to type and use general office equipment is required. Computer skills required.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
•Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
•Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
