This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and successful expansion of PACE across multiple sites in Los Angeles County and surrounding regions.

The Regional VP will lead the continued development and integration of PACE into LAJH’s coordinated continuum of care, positioning Brandman Centers as a regional and statewide leader in aging services innovation. This includes oversight of clinical and operational performance, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, workforce development, and the planning and execution of new PACE sites.

Responsibilities:

Strategic and Executive Leadership

  • Serve as a key member of LAJH’s executive team, providing strategic leadership across all existing and future Brandman PACE programs.
  • Drive organizational alignment with LAJH’s mission to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for aging populations.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for PACE program growth and integration with broader post-acute healthcare delivery.
  • Take an active, hands-on role in shaping, overseeing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive program awareness, enrollment growth, and market positioning.

PACE Program Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all PACE sites, ensuring high standards of participant care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure performance benchmarks related to quality, finance, staffing, enrollment, and participant satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Facilitate internal performance reviews, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives across all centers.

Expansion and Site Development

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of new PACE centers including site identification, application submissions, facility design and construction oversight, and launch management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., legal, HCD, DHCS, CMS, consultants, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant implementation of expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging markets, regulatory changes, and population needs to inform future development opportunities.

Workforce and Leadership Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing site leadership teams across the BCSC sites.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and excellence reflective of Jewish values for all.
  • Provide mentorship and succession planning to ensure leadership depth and continuity.

External Relations and Partnerships

  • Serve as a regional spokesperson for LAJH’s PACE programs in relationships with managed care plans, hospitals, state and local agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization through public speaking engagements, presentations, and industry events to promote LAJH’s mission and PACE programs.
  • Actively participate in industry coalitions (e.g., CalPACE), legislative advocacy, and policy forums to support PACE program sustainability and growth.
  • Foster strategic partnerships that enhance care coordination, community integration, and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership in healthcare, including 5+ years of multi-site PACE or senior care operations experience.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale healthcare programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of PACE regulatory requirements, Medicare/Medicaid financing, managed care, and integrated service delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects including licensing, application development, construction, and operational launches.
