The Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC), a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), provides high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services. We are a program of Los Angeles Jewish Health, renowned for providing quality care to vulnerable seniors.

Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC), the Receptionist & Front Desk Administrative Support is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby with a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.
- Answers and directs phone calls accurately, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Greets and assists all walk-in guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provides administrative support to the Center Manager and various programs.
- Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing significant disruptions effectively.
Experience and Skills:
Degree and Diplomas: High School diploma or GED required.
Experience: At least one year of experience working with frail elderly preferred.
Skills & Aptitudes: Professional and courteous phone manner in a busy office environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage others. Excellent organizational skills and ability to respond to requests efficiently. Proficient in basic office practices, including typing and using Microsoft Office and Excel. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Korean preferred. Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
