The Executive Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities are but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

•Provide assistance to the CHRO and COO, and other officers as necessary, in special assigned projects.

•Act as directed by the CHRO and COO and other officers as necessary in providing support and communication between these offices and other departments within the organization.

•Perform general secretarial and administrative duties as required or directed by the CHRO and COO, and other officers as necessary in support of the administrative functions of the officers.

•Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follows the facility’s established policies and procedures.

•Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents and staff reflective of the officers.

•Maintain daily calendar of COO and CHRO.

•Process and deliver mail to/for the COO and CHRO as necessary.

•Prepare and process correspondence for the CHRO and COO, and other officers as necessary.

•Maintain files for the CHRO and COO, and other officers as necessary.

•Plan and handle correspondence as requested and directed.

Experience and Skills:

•Must possess a high school education. College and/or secretarial training program is desirable

•Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of clerical/secretarial experience. Ability to type and use general office equipment is required. Excellent computer skills required.

•Minimum typing skills of 65 wpm.

•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

•Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

•Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
